What do you want to learn today?
“The teacher who is indeed wise does not bid you to enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind.”
- Kahlil Gibran
Welcome to the ‘World of Wisdom’.
For centuries now, the mind of humanity has been mired in self-centred ignorance which has produced a mentality obsessed with money and other short-sighted materialistic goals. This mentality has led to many problems in the world where each person economically competes against ‘his neighbour’ – instead of cooperating and working together towards their common good.
Humanity needs to become wiser!
Each of us has within us, the capacity to be a better person – to do what we know to be just and right. We just need the courage to see beyond our personal selfishness.
To transform the state of the world into a positive global vision which gives each person real hope for the future, will require true courage from each one of us. Only in working together do we have the potential to truly change the state of the world and protect the future wellbeing of this planet.
Let’s get to work!
Going forward…

The foundation of this site is starting to take shape.
One of the key challenges of this section is to provide excellent content while at the same time keeping it organised, easy to find, and useful to people at their relevant stage of learning.
For now, we will simply be providing some important base content as a starting point. This will however continue to evolve and ultimately mature into a fully functional international portal for human wisdom, learning and understanding.
Coming Soon:
- More indepth content and ‘Teachers’ – Albert Einstein, Mark Twain, Amma – the Hugging Saint, Kahlil Gibran, Robert Fisk, etc. Our objective here is to gather wisdom from all relevant sources and organise it into a set of useful tools for learning.
- A new ‘Themes’ section. Themes will focus in on specific subjects – Consciousness, Mind, Society, etc. They will be designed to act as a resource about specific subjects and incorporate videos, discussions, polls, etc.
- A new ‘Path to Wisdom’ section. Once a good range of core material has been organised with appropriate themes, a new section will be developed to allow you to take a ‘path to wisdom’ relative to your level of understanding.
- The ’5min Wisdom Newsletter’ Email is also currently a ‘work-in-progress’. This will be to help spread the word about the need for greater unity and wisdom in the world.
There are some other great ideas in the pipeline as well and the site design will evolve with those changes over time. If you’d like to stay informed of our progress, just sign up to our newsletter.
Thank you.

Wisdom:
The following subjects are arranged by appropriate subject matter and category. They link to a great range of video’s (which also include commentaries, polls, feedback comments and related links) and content designed to help clarify, educate and assist in answering some of the most important questions about life and the state of humanity today.
Society:
‘Society’ is intentionally positioned here between Wisdom and Ignorance. The challenge is to help move society as a whole, towards greater wisdom and understanding. There are a mix of videos and articles reflecting that challenge. Some reflect wisdom – some ignorance. Every person by their thoughts, words and actions exists somewhere on the spectrum between wisdom and ignorance.
Ignorance in the World:
The following newspaper articles and media content have been included here to provide clear ‘evidence’ of the ignorance and problems in society, and why wisdom is so important to addressing these issues. Ignorance – as in war, violence, greed, corruption, hate groups, racism, environmental destruction, etc…are all actions that result from the state of our hearts and minds. We create the world in ‘our image’.
