Our Objectives

A Vision for the future...

Are you excited about the future?

The majority of people when asked this question reply 'no'. News reports showing the world's environment being destroyed through careless actions of economic greed and global competition between countries does little to make one feel positive about the future. Watching the slow but constant eradication of the planet's species and resources due to humanity's destructive behaviour and obsession with making money also does not help. And seeing the world's leaders threaten one another with nuclear atrocities or violence due to the political 'power games' that they play, has become a constant background theme in the world today. Rightfully, many people wonder if the people leading the world today, have lost all sight of the truth and reality of what they are doing to the wellbeing of the world. Even worse, they have started to lose all hope that anything will ever change. But what if it can!

We can choose to be cynical and negative and think that nothing will ever change, or we can choose to make a real difference. What if it were possible to significantly change the world for the better just by implementing a few sensible changes to the way our world works? Not just some superficial band-aid to fixing the world's problems, but a real change to the way countries and people relate. Would this interest you?

TEAMHumanity is about making just that sort of change. It is about introducing some key 'catalysts' into the world which are guaranteed to put it on a path towards global cooperation and peace. It will also enable us to fix so many other problems ailing the world today.

These three catalysts are:

1 - The 'Declaration of World Peace' - This would require all countries to legally and morally 'commit' themselves to an ACTION PLAN of peace and global 'cooperation'. It has never been done before. Never before in human history have the countries of the world committed to the 'same goal' of peace and cooperation. They have always been focused on 'their own economic goals and ambitions'. Think about it. We really can have peace in the world and so much more if all countries would simply commit to the 'same goal' in heart, mind and action.

This primary objective has become necessary to protect the 'immediate' future of humanity.

2 - 'Political Leadership Standards' - Wisdom in the world is only possible through 'wise leadership'. It is the continual lack of wise leadership that has constantly led to the problems that humanity faces today. For this reason, all political leaders should be required to first prove their wisdom and leadership skills through 'independent' assessment tests BEFORE being able to run for election. Everyone else in society has to meet standards to prove their skills which is a sensible precaution. Why should politicians be exempt? Reflect for a moment on a person that you would consider to be a 'wise' leader. Now imagine a world where 'every country' is being led by someone of that same level of wisdom, stature and integrity. If this were the case, world peace comes much closer to being a reality. Wise people are much more capable of working together, and know how to bring peace to the world.

This secondary goal serves to ensure the 'wise leadership' of all countries.

3 - 'Human Intelligence' in Schools - This catalyst is to protect all 'future' generations. A new subject needs to be introduced into schools and colleges to 'raise the level of wisdom and intelligence' in humanity. This will guarantee that they do not repeat the same mistakes of past generations, as has been a constant pattern throughout the centuries.

This long-term education goal will ensure that humanity is far better equipped to act more wisely in the future.

The core problem with the world today really just comes down to one thing - the lack of 'wise' leadership. Regardless of what many political leaders may say, the truth is, if they were wise, most of the problems facing humanity today would simply not exist. There would be no more wars. There would be no terrorism. There would be no corruption, extortion and political power games. People would not be spying on one another, especially those in the UN, who are doing their very best to 'independently' serve the needs of all countries. There would be far greater trust and cooperation in the world. Regrettably, the opposite is much more of a reality today. Countries 'compete' against one another, which leads to resentment, animosity and distrust. 'Cooperation' is far more intelligent!

Poor leadership is not helped by the fact that leaders of countries are elected based on 'popularity' contests, otherwise known as an election. An election is nothing more than a 'marketing campaign'. At no time are politicians required to prove that they have the 'wisdom' for the job. This is only asking for trouble. These days democracy has become a perverted system that depends more on who has the most money to spend on television and publicity campaigns, so that they can 'sell' themselves to the voters.

Now consider if politicians had to meet official 'assessment tests of wisdom and leadership' BEFORE they could run for public office. Implementing this one requirement changes everything. How much money the candidate has becomes irrelevant as the person would have to independently first 'prove' that they have the skills for the job just like everyone else in society. And clearly many of today's leaders that have 'bought their way into power' would not pass a test that verified their wisdom and intelligence.

You may also find it interesting to note that politicians ask the rest of society to meet official pre-requisite standards and qualifications for their jobs - Doctors, Lawyers, Pilots, Teachers, etc. However they are not required to meet any themselves. This has got to change. No more should a person be allowed to do this extremely important job without first having proved that they have the required intelligence for it.
